Die Heiliggeist Spital Stiftung, vertreten durch die Stadt München plant die Rodung von 9,5ha Wald auf Planegger und Neurieder Gemeindegebiet. Direkt angrenzend befindet sich bereits die Kiesgrube der Firma Glück mit ca. 13 ha Fläche sowie ca. 50 ha wiederaufgeschütteten bzw. -aufgeforsteten Arealen.
Wir möchten verhindern, daß zugunsten der pekuniären Interessen Einzelner der Wald und mit ihm seine luftreinigende und klimaschützende Funktion verloren geht und unser Naherholungsgebiet und den Lebensraum unterschiedlichster Arten zerstört wird.
LUFTREINHALTUNG
Man muß sich klarmachen, daß der Wald um München die Funktion einer „grünen Lunge“ erfüllt. Insbesondere bei einer Großstadt mit massiver Luftverschmutzung (Co2!, Feinstaub! NO!) erscheint die Abholzung eines Waldes unvorstellbar.
FEINSTAUBBELASTUNG
Mit der Ausdehnung der Kiesabbauflächen kommt es natürlich zu einer Zunahme der Feinstaubbelastung. Durch unseren Westwind wird Neuried und der Münchner Südwesten dem unmittelbar ausgesetzt sein.
Nicht zuletzt werden die vielen LKW (mindestens 70-80/Tag , die durch Neuried und München fahren), die zum An- und Abtransport benötigt werden, diese verstärken und unsere Luft weiter verschmutzen.
NAHERHOLUNGSGEBIET
Wir Anrainer und die vielen Erholungssuchenden aus den angrenzenden Gemeinden verlieren durch die Abholzung unser Naherholungsgebiet. Der beliebte Radweg nach Forsthaus Kasten wird in Zukunft von LKWs genutzt werden. Unser Waldkindergarten muß verlegt werden.
LÄRMBELASTUNG
Nicht zuletzt muß im Umkreis der neuen Grube mit vermehrter Lärmbelastung durch LKW und Baumaschinen gerechnet werden.
ARTENSCHUTZ
Seit dem erfolgreichen Bürgerbegehren „Rettet die Bienen“ ist das Artenschutz – Gesetz in aller Munde. Wie kann man dann auch nur erwägen, deren Lebensraum zu zerstören!
WIEDERAUFFÜLLUNG
Die Frist zur Wiederauffüllung der bestehenden Grube wurde mehrfach verlängert, zuletzt erfolgte eine Entfristung, weil nicht genügend geeignetes Verfüllmaterial zur Verfügung steht, ein Problem, daß alle Kiesgruben in München betrifft. Es kann also in absehbarer Zeit nicht mit einer Wiederauffüllung und –aufforstung gerechnet werden!
WIEDERAUFFORSTUNG
Bei den wiederaufgeforsteten Arealen handelt es sich um eine kümmerliche Ersatzpflanzung. Die Überwachung und Pflege dieser Areale unterliegt keinen besonderen Vorschriften. Insbesondere dramatisch ist hier das Überwuchern der neuen Bäumchen durch den eingeschleppten, giftigen Riesenbärenklau.
Man muß sich auch klarmachen, daß die wiederaufgeschütteten Areale nur mit einer ca 1m dicken Humusschicht bedeckt werden, auf welcher die Anpflanzung erfolgt. Wir haben starke Zweifel, ob auf 1m Humus und darunterliegendem Bauschutt stabile und robuste Bäume wachsen werden.
